Mr. Fuchs has about 30 years of experience as a work comp defense attorney, and he has served as a Judge Pro Tem at the San Francisco WCAB.  He is a Graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law and is a certified specialist in workers’ compensation.  He has worked with several of the largest defense firms in California.  He also serves as an arbitrator to assist in inter-carrier contribution disputes.
