Many defense attorneys practice in the workers’ compensation system. Before entering the workers’ compensation universe in 1992, I was a state and federal court litigator largely specializing in complex litigation and the defense of highly-suspect claims. I have had specialized training and experience in fraud investigation and defense since 1984.

With that training and experience I have coordinated investigations resulting in numerous district attorney prosecutions for applicant and medical fraud throughout California. My methodology involves aggressive investigation and the correct implementation of discovery to achieve optimal results. In addition to claims handling, I have acted as a management consultant to major employers in connection with workers’ compensation related matters.
