Ms. Miot was born in Venezuela and raise in Southern California, giving her a multicultural background and upbringing. Tamar embarked on her academic journey at the University of Law Verne, where she pursued her Bachelor’s degree in Science in Business Administration. During her time at the University, she exhibited exceptional commitment to her studies, laying the foundation for her future legal career.  

 

Fueled by her desire to make a difference in the legal field, Ms. Miot enrolled at Loyola Law School, a prestigious institution known for producing exceptional legal minds. She immersed herself in her studies, focusing on developing a deep understanding of the intricacies of the law.  

 

Ms. Miot commenced her legal career as a person injury attorney at a Plaintiff’s firm, where she honed her advocacy skills while passionately representing clients seeking justice for their injuries. Her dedication and tenacity soon caught the attention of the legal community, paving the way for her to transition to the field of workers’ compensation defense. Ms. Miot found her previous experience beneficial in anticipating the Applicant’s litigation strategies.
